I’m excited to share that my next workshop will be held at the amazing French General emporium on Saturday, April 5 from 11am to 3pm. We’ll be tackling the art of paper and fabric marbling, focusing on the Japanese technique known as suminagashi. Students will learn techniques to manipulate inks on the surface of a water bath and then transfer these designs to both paper and fabric – leaving with a beautiful set of paper prints and silk handkerchiefs.
