Ingredients:
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
½ cup dried rose hips
½ cup dried peppermint leaves
¼ cup dried lemongrass
¼ cup dried orange peel
¼ cup dried lemon verbena
¼ cup dried wild cherry bark

Directions:
Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl.
TO CREATE TEA BAGS:

Directions:
1. Fill empty tea bags with one to two tablespoons of the dried tea mixture. Seal open end of tea bag with hot iron.
2. Staple 6” of cotton twine to the sealed tea bag.
3. Download, print and cut out tea tags. Fold and staple to the other end of the cotton twine piece.
